Who this is for
Owner-operators of 5–50 person businesses who are tired of being the bottleneck.
We work with wedding venues, estate and lettings agencies, mortgage and financial advice practices, business brokers, recruitment agencies, specialist care providers, and small training providers. If you’re spending your Saturday mornings doing admin that should not be on your desk, you’re in the right place.
The Saturday-morning report
You pull figures from three different platforms into a spreadsheet and then a slide deck for the Tuesday board meeting. It takes two hours every weekend. There is a tool for £33 a month that does it for you. We’ll name it, scope it, and walk you through installing it.
The repetitive client query
Your inbox is the same fifteen questions, rephrased. We map a knowledge system or custom GPT that handles 80% of them without a member of your team touching the keyboard.
The lead that went cold
A web form submission sits unanswered for six hours because nobody’s at the desk. A simple agent replies in under a minute, qualifies the lead, and books the call into your calendar.
The CRM you don’t have
Your sales pipeline lives in your inbox and your head. We map the simplest possible CRM that will fit your team — and the path to put it in.
A real example
Wedding venue, ops manager, two hours every Saturday.
A wedding venue’s ops manager spent two hours every Saturday manually compiling a board report from Google Analytics, Meta Ads and Google Ads — copying data into a spreadsheet, then into PowerPoint.
The recommendation was an off-the-shelf dashboard at £33 a month that plugs into all three platforms directly. Time saved: eight hours a month. Net ROI at her hourly rate: roughly £3,000 a month in time returned to higher-value work.
The economics were trivial to quantify and the client accepted without friction. That’s what a good recommendation looks like.
Who you’ll be talking to
Joanne Tracey. Thirty years in the work.
I’m the person who reads your report and the person who writes it. Not an account manager, not a junior consultant. Thirty years in operational and specialist consulting, qualifications assessor and internal verifier (Level 2–5), and three years’ approved centre status with We Can Qualify.
I’m not an AI researcher and I don’t pretend to be. I’m a consultant who spends every week in the tools my clients will be using. That’s the point of what I offer — a step ahead of you, using this every day, with a plain answer for every question, and the honesty to tell you when something isn’t worth the money.
Questions worth asking
The ones every sensible buyer asks before booking.
Is the £1,000 the start of something bigger?
No. £1,000 is the entire price of the assessment. You get the report, the explanatory call, and the four-day plan. If you want help implementing afterwards, we scope and quote that separately. If you don’t, you don’t.
What if I’m not technical?
The whole point of the recommendations is that they’re off-the-shelf tools any competent operator can set up. Where something needs more than that, the report says so and we offer to do it for you — at a fixed price you decide on.
How long does it take of my time?
A 30-minute discovery interview. A 30-minute follow-up call to walk you through the report. That’s it. The 48-hour delivery happens on our side, not yours.
What if the recommendations are all things I already know about?
They won’t be. The assessment pulls from a curated tool catalogue against your specific pain points, with quantified time savings and costs. If you already had this clarity, you wouldn’t be reading this page.
What if you find loads of things I should have done already?
Most owners of growing businesses have a backlog of things they wish they’d done sooner. That’s the cost of running a business — there’s never time to look up. The report is for what you do next, not what you should have done before.
Are you on a contract or retainer?
No. Single fixed-price piece of work. You decide what happens next, when you’re ready.
The next step
Request a callback.
Fill in the form and I’ll be in touch within one working day, by your preferred method. No automated sequences. No follow-up army. Just me.
